  Called in an order and was told 15 minutes but 15 minutes later, when I walked into the store, my order hadn't even been started. They also charged me for something I hadn't ordered and, once the pizza came up, turns out they screwed up my pizza too. Maybe if they paid as much attention to their jobs as they do joking and gabbing with themselves they might come off as halfway competent. At this point as a customer you're paying for the mistakes of management. I wouldn't advise walking in there unless you're just picking up a hot and ready.

  Majority of the workers there are friendly. They work hard to make sure your order is correct no matter how wrong the customer is.
