  Napoli has some of the best food around. I must say that customer service this go round was totally not what I was use to. This would be the fourth time ordering from them. always delivery. never had a problem before. Tonight, I guess their policies changed on delivering to my home. Waited a little over an hour for my food. They finally called me and told me this "we don't deliver to your address and the last three people that took your orders were wrong in doing so. our drivers don't come your way" I AM LOST LIKE WAIT,THIS IS THE 4TH TIME PLACING AN ORDER. THREE TIMES YOU DELIVERED TO ME,BUT TONIGHT IT'S NOT GONNA HAPPEN? I am not upset because they don't deliver to me,supposedly, I am upset because they had me waiting over an hour after the driver got lost. I hate the woman on the phone was so rude and never once said sorry for the inconvenience. I really did like Napoli :(

  Dont ever F@#@ing order from me again.. those are the words I heard from the "owner" this Tuesday night. My order was 40 minutes past the time I was told.. from order time to delivery it was 1 hour and 40 minutes. I started calling after and hour and 10 minutes in. I think I talked to a manager the first time around, I didnt even get a "let me help you out" or anything.. I just got passed off to another person. After calling a couple times, I was told that they were busy,.. my order shouldnt have been taken.. and dont f#%&ing order from me again.. not knowing that i was talking to the owner after I talked to the driver.. and the drive admitted that it was there fault.. and F#%# him.. they have great food... customer service sucks.. and I will not be ordering from them again. Total order time 1 hour and 40 minutes.. on a Tuesday night..
