  This is the worst place for pizza. I ordered a large pizza for delivery and my pizza not only arrived with the pizza smashed to one side of the box as if the driver was speeding and made all right turns fast, but I also found some sort of bug in my pizza. I then called this location immediately and the assistant manager hung up on me right away. I tried calling back and calmly I asked to speak to the manager and he then told me you are speaking to him. I then said you just hung on me and without him saying anything, he hung up again.. this place should be shut down or that manager fired and the place cleaned. If i had a car, i would have went up there. Lucky him. Wish I can rate this place -0

  I called twice , The first called they hunged up , The second called I asked is this hungry howies pizza? Suddenly a man voice said no its not hungry howies hung up... Wow bad service phone number need to be directed in right place

  I called Jets down the street from Hungry Howies after i placed my order for delivery with Hungry Howies, waited an hour, then called back only to find out the guy never gave them my order so he said i'd have to reorder. so i called Jets instead. so pissed & hungry & gotta wait another hour smh.

  I'm not sure who the manager is at this location, but they, and their staff, may all need to be retrained! I frequent this location too often to have experienced what I may experienced. They took payment for food that wasn't even made, even though according to the email I received, it should've been. Took my money and watched me sit there for 20 minutes, I got there at 740 and waited until 8, without saying a word! And I know the people back there saw me sitting on that bench because it's right in front of the ordering window! I finally had to ask where my order was, just to be told it wasn't made and that I could wait for it to be made if I wanted to or get my money back. No sorry or offer of compensation. Just screw me and my time! So thanks, but no thanks, you can keep your subpar service. I'll spend my money at the HH on Inkster and 7 mile.
