  If I could give them a zero I would. It used to be a good spot but not any more. We used to go every Friday because I have an autistic son who loves jet's. For the last 2 months I have noticed declining service. Friday 3/25/2016 took the cake. After going back twice because of a wrong order they gave me a pizza swimming in grease so I just asked for my money back because I wouldn't feed it to my kids. They refused and told me to keep the pizza because they would not make another. I didn't want another just my money back. They lost a long time weekly customer for $8.

  NIGHTMARE,BEWARE,RUN,AFTER WAITING 2 HOURS AND 20 MIN WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE A HOUR AND A HALF I GET A COLD PIZZA,INSTEAD OF BEING RUDE TO THE DRIVER I PAYED AND STILL TIPPED HIM 2 DOLLARS. I TRY AND EAT IT AND THE SAUCE IS ICE COLD SO I CALL THE MANAGER AND EXPLAIN, HE SAYS HE WILL GIVE ME A 3 DOLLAR CREDIT , LETS REMIND YOU I JUST PAYED 20.00,SO I TELL HIM ILL BRING THE PIZZA BACK TOMORROW UNEATEN AND THEY CAN JUST GIVE ME A NEW ONE. LMFAO I WAS TOLD THEY WOULDNT EXCEPT IT THE NEXT DAY AND THE ONLY WAY IS IF I DRIVE IT UP IN A SNOWSTORM WHICH IS WHY I ORDERED OUT IN THE FIRST PLACE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND THE MANAGER IS A BIGGER JOKE IVE NEVER HAD THIS KINDA CRAP SERVICE IN MY LIFE NOW I REGRET BEING NICE AND EXCEPTING THE PIZZA THINKING I WAS ORDERING FROM A REPUTABLE PLACE THAT WOULD STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT,AND AFTER READING OTHERS REVIEWS I KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY ONE AND THIS IS HOW THEY TRULY OPERATE.   I order from jets very often in fact since I've been in this area since 2012 they're basically the only pizza place my family use. Until now, I will NEVER order from them again. I ordered a pizza on the 30th of January and the transaction didn't go through until 12 days later. Causing my account to overdraft I am LIVID. I called to speak to a manager to try to get it reversed because if I did my bank would reverse the fees but the manager was very nonchalant. The manager told me no one could help me until the owner come in Tuesday. The manager didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Meanwhile I'm stuck paying almost $100.00 in fees for a stupid pizza because someone on their end wasn't taking care of business. I will never not only order from the Redford jets on Plymouth but I'll never order from jets again period. They lost a loyal customer. The pizza is amazing but the customer service SUCK.
