  This place should not be open at all they are all rude, i was cut off in the middle of the order so i didnt order anything else but they still got the order wrong i dont know how u get a chicken sandwich from a grand big mac maybe it was the fact the rude as hell order take dont want to be there or care if any order is right and try to call the # to make it right but no one will answer and when u call corp McD's they will tell u that the store will contact u and make it better but they will never call or make anything better so my advise would be to goto orchard lake and 10mile and boycott the Redford grandriver McD's and as far as stars go i give zero but u have to leave at least 1 to leave a coment again thats not right cuz they dont even do that well i would say -3stars

  Staff on afternoon's are rude. Morning staff is ok sometimes. Shake machine is always down. Sometimes the food is fresh, sometimes it's old. Depends on when you go. I don't suggest anything after 7pm. You'll get rude staff members, "out of" half the menu, no apologies from anyone or substitutes. Go to taco bell instead.
